Products Policies
Reverse Engineering
We are against reverse engineering (attempted duplication of formulas owned
by others). It is theft, pure and simple. We will prosecute anyone who attempts
to reverse engineer or duplicate our products or designs.
Private Label Orders
We will be happy to work with you for your private label needs, regardless
of the size of your business. We will work with you to design an attractive
array of packaging for spas, salons, and medical offices as well as custom
brochures, labels, and logo design with small minimum runs. All our private
label products must be purchased and pre-labeled at retail size.
Our Formulas
All product formulas are owned by MBMA Corporation and are proprietary
to our company. You are not allowed to ask other manufacturers to produce,
copy, or reverse engineer our products to achieve products similar to ours,
unless you have our written authorization. If we manufacture custom formulas
for a client we own all rights to those formulas unless release is specified
in writing and signed by the officers of MBMA Corporation. This written
specification will clearly and specifically outline under what conditions
the formulations may become the property of the client. If you design your
own labels you must comply with all federal, state, and local labeling and
packaging regulations as they pertain to your product.
FDA Requirements & Product Claims
It is your responsibility to obtain FDA cosmetic labeling requirements
and approvals for your own formulas.
We do NOT offer "ingredient only" labels or 'unlabeled' products.
We only ship labeled products. All products and labeling must comply with
all licensing, federal and state regulations.
None of our products are intended to treat, cure or diagnose any disease
or illness.
All product testamonials are strictly the the opinions of our customers.
Product Warrantee
We make no warranty, expressed or implied of the merchantability of our
products, regardless of their use. Each purchaser must make their own assessment
of a product's suitability for use. No liability is taken by MBMA Corporation,
its related companies or divisions, its employees, shareholders, or affiliates
for any claims arising out of the use of these products.
