While not intended to be a complete and detailed version, this is a general summary of our policies.

Our Retail Policies (company owned retail websites and locations only)

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days (in resalable condition if applicable) for a credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us prior to returning items for return instructions. Please ship returns prepaid by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other traceable means. We cannot be responsible if a return does not get to us and there is no package tracking.

If you purchase one of our products from another retailer or online store other than ours, please contact that retailer for their specific return or warrantee policy.

Shipping

Orders are normally be shipped within 2 business days of when you place your order. We try to ship by the method of shipment you specify, but sometimes we can ship it more economically by another means. When we do this, we adjust your order to save you money. Most shipments are FOB West Des Moines, IA, USA and subject to availability. If for some reason we are out of stock or unable to ship, our customer service department will contact you.

Please note: We do our best to ship your order in one shipment, but sometimes items ordered together are not always shipped together.

Unforeseeable Delays

Sometimes it is possible to experience outages and delays beyond our control or knowledge. We will strive to inform customers of possible delays however we cannot offer any guarantees nor accept any liabilities or consequences caused by these circumstances. We also cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, holidays, weather or other items out of our control.

Payment Terms

We accept credit cards, paypal and orders mailed in with check or money-order. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted for most orders. Your credit card will normally not be charged until items are ready for shipment. Please supply both a phone number and an email address so that we may contact you if we have questions about your order. Invoices will be issued when materials are shipped. Billing questions? State Sales Tax

We are required to collect state sales tax for all retail shipments to Iowa (currently 6%).

Pricing Policy

Prices in our online catalog supersede all other prices and are subject to change without notice. Special pricing and promotions may be offered on our websites and, where applicable, will take precedence over any other prices. We do not control prices offered by our distributors so pricing may vary from location to location.

Discounts & Coupons

Occasionally, our websites may have discounts, coupons, or special offers. In all cases these promotions will carry specific instructions regarding their validation and redemption and are subject to change without notice.

International Orders

We will accept international orders at this time for most of our products. Some products may not be approved for export, and as such order acceptance is at our discretion. We may choose to not ship to some locations. This policy applies to the billing and/or shipping destination.

International Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs duties, brokerage charges, or other fees that may be added by your customs authority or shipping carrier. If you have your own customs broker please provide that information to us.

Privacy Statement

The information we collect online is used to improve the content of our sites, notify consumers about updates to our sites, and by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or supply internet statistics or customer information to any third party. Email & phone information provided on an order is used only for shipping and tracking information, invoicing or if we need additional informaton to complete your order.

We do offer opt-in email list. If you choose to opt-in and supply us with your email address, you may receive occasional e-mailings from any of our websites with information on our products, services, or upcoming events. You may have your name removed from our e-mailing list at any time.

If we have your email address we do NOT make them available to anyone else for any reason, and we do NOT send unsolicited emails to you. You will only receive product emails from us if you have signed up for one of our mail list, such as ‘Moo-Mail’.

Cookies

Our websites utilize cookies in order to provide a better shopping experience. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission, nor do we resell or distribute any site visitor data, including information that may be collected as a natural by-product of your visit. A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to your browser when you access a Web site. There are two kinds of cookies: a session cookie, which is a line of text that is stored temporarily by your computer and is destroyed when you close your browser, and a persistent cookie, which is a more permanent line of text kept by your computer even after your browser is closed. Our shopping cart systems incorporates session cookies to allow our cart to remember what you’ve purchased as you browse. Most browsers allow cookies to be enabled or disabled by users, but shopping cart functionality may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

Credit Card Information

We do NOT retain your credit card information after your order has been processed. In order to secure your safety online we require that you re-enter your credit card information each time you order from us.

 

 

Wholesale Policies

We are a small family owned company and strive to make dealing with us as easy as possible. We are also diligent to protect the interest of our wholesale customers. We do not divulge wholesale cost & programs to anyone that has not been pre-approved for wholesale status. This ensures that individual consumers are not able to bypass you, the retailer.

Your success is our success, so we do all we can to ensure that your customers continue to return for products. We will not sacrifice the quality of our products, which consumers have come to know and trust, to save a few cents. Your customers know and appreciate this, we hear it from them all the time.

We are always working to add enhancements that will help you do more sales. We have incorporated an ‘Online Store Locator’ to several of our websites. This allows customers to search for stores carrying products in their area. Approved wholesale accounts can be added to this locator for free. Contact us for more information.

We love dealing with small stores as well as large chains, we make ordering minimums simple. You can order as little as 1 case of product, or a truckload. We think that the little guy should have the same advantages as the big guy, so we make it as easy as possible.

We currently ship from our West Des Moines, IA warehouse via UPS, USPS, UPS Freight, and Spee-Dee delivery daily. We can also ship via other carriers at your request.

Our products are our own, so when you deal with us you are not dealing with a broker or middle man, saving you time and money.

Wholesale pricing will only be released after a wholesale application is on file and has been approved. All vendors and wholesale accounts are bound by the terms of the MBMA confidentiality agreement. Orders are accepted via telephone, fax or email. Credit Card accounts may choose to have information on file, or may provide it with each new order. Net accounts will have a $25.00 late fee assessed for each 30 days past due.(Credit approval is required) NSF or dis-honored checks will be assessed $35.00, or our current banks fee, whichever is higher. Unless otherwise specified, we attempt to ship all orders the most economical way possible. Freight charges are usually added to the original invoice, however, in some cases they may be billed later. We can drop ship directly to your customers, but only in FULL case increments. For custom labeled products, customer will pay all design and label cost directly to printing/design company. We do not release customer information to any other party without your written consent (unless legally required to do so). We reserve the right to discontinue sales to any wholesale account at any time. Advertising our products is allowed, but making product claims that we do not make is not allowed.
